چکیده
Microfluidics-based technologies are emerging solutions towards cell separation process. They rely on various physical principles, such as dielectrophoretic force, hydrodynamic and acoustic force. In order to take advantage of these approaches for sorting, it is crucial characterize biophysical properties, i.e. size, density, compressibility or contrast factor in the case acoustophoresis. Various techniques exist measure those features, including acoustofluidics methods. However, previously described do not allow determination all parameters a given cell. For this study, 330 μ m deep cavity has been designed, together with an optical technique, density cells finally determine their compressibility. A defocusing technique used assess velocity sedimentation focusing individual which can lead properties using analytic expression Acoustic Radiation Force. This method investigate evolution Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (MSCs), isolated from two different tissues donors, one passage other. Our results highlighted important heterogeneity among same donor but also inter-donor. Nevertheless, passage, MSCs converge homogenize at fourth passage. On other hand, remains homogenous between donors. Using was possible successfully mesenchymal stromal single setup based levitation. The confirm necessity use properties. It demonstrates large donor/patient-derived cells, cultured whose during successive cultures. As consequence, processes will be more complex patient/donor derived than cells.

Immunomodulatory properties of mesenchymal stromal cells Running head: Immunomodulatory properties of mesenchymal stromal cells
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotential nonhematopoietic progenitor cells capable of differentiating into multiple lineages of the mesenchyme. MSCs have emerged as a promising therapeutic modality for tissue regeneration and repair. Further clinical interest has been raised by the observation that MSCs are immunoprivileged and, more importantly, display immunomodulatory capacities. Alt...

Mesenchymal stromal cells are multipotent cells found in a large number of adult tissues. Their ability to participate in the repair of these damaged tissues is the origin of the enthusiasm that they elicit in the field of cell therapy. It gradually became apparent that their ability to change a pathological environment is more related to their ability to modulate the behavior of other cell typ...

Background: Differentiation, migratory properties and availability of Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (MSC) have become an important part of biomedical research. However, the functional heterogeneity of cells derived from different tissues has hampered providing definitive phenotypic markers for these cells. Objective: To characterize and compare the phenotype and cytokines of adipose derived MSCs (...
